Retail Sales Policies

At Love21 we want you to find the dress for your party at the best price!

• For retail sales, they will be sent within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving your payment.
• If you receive it before 1pm it can be sent the same day. Payment can be made through the website or via deposit, Oxxo etc. Please send us an email to ventas@love21.com.mx for more information on deposit accounts.
• Your dress or accessories will be sent by courier, with land guide, at a cost of $150 pesos.
• Shipping is at the customer's expense and risk.
• It takes approximately 3-5 business days to reach its destination, or longer depending on the area. For more information, send us an email to ventas@love21.com.m.
• We have a size guide for your convenience, although these may vary in some models. Please send your measurements if you have any questions and we will advise you.
• You will find our size chart at the bottom of the page.
• In case your party dress does not fit you, it is possible to exchange the model. We do not refund money.
• To exchange your dress, you only have to send us an email on the day you received your package and send it back, no later than 2 business days.
• Freight is at the customer's expense and risk. *Unless there is a special promotion.
• This item must come in the same packaging in which it was sent, with all its labels and packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. If these conditions are not met, the exchange will not be accepted and it will be returned at the customer's expense.
• Changes will only be made for factory defects, and notified to our email ventas@love21.com.mx the day you received your package. Please send us photos of the defect and we will provide you with a return guide.
• In the case of costume jewelry or quinceanera dresses, exchanges and returns are not accepted.
